Confirmed Sales Customer
I am writing to formally express my dissatisfaction with the service I received during my recent visit to your dealership. Our experience was marred by a series of unprofessional behaviors and administrative mishaps that have prompted me to bring these issues to your attention. Initially, our sales representative displayed highly inappropriate and unprofessional conduct. His use of derogatory language and casual swearing during our interaction was unsettling. Furthermore, being referred to as "sweetheart" was not only disrespectful but also demeaning. When we requested additional time to consider other vehicles, we felt uncomfortably pressured to return to the dealership sooner than we wished. During the sales process, the representative aggressively urged us to leave a “5-star review,” suggesting a discount on our loan in exchange. This request was handled unprofessionally; he literally drew stars on paper, which did little to inspire our confidence in the professionalism of your establishment. Moreover, the financial details provided were vague and seemingly arbitrary, with quotes like “over $1,000 a month” being mentioned without any proper financial verification or calculations. This lack of transparency was concerning, and when we attempted to discuss financing options, the representative became defensive and argumentative, ultimately necessitating intervention from the sales manager. Our problems continued beyond the sales floor. Despite assurances that our vehicle would be ready by the following day, we encountered significant delays and a lack of communication from your team. It was only upon our proactive inquiries that we discovered the delay was due to improperly completed paperwork by the same salesperson, which was subsequently rejected by the RMV. When I finally came to collect the vehicle, the handover process was handled by another salesperson who appeared disinterested and unhelpful, particularly in inclement weather conditions, further adding to an already frustrating experience. Lastly, there was a discrepancy involving the AutoPayPlus service, where incorrect financial institution information was submitted, causing further inconvenience to us. This sequence of events has been highly disappointing and falls well below the customer service standards expected from a reputable dealership. I urge you to address these issues promptly to prevent future customers from having similarly negative experiences. Please let us know how you intend to rectify this situation. Good morning Michael. First and foremost I would like to apologize for the terrible experience that you received with your purchase. Trust me when I say that we do not like to hear this. I have personally sat down with this sales person and gave him a verbal and written warning and I can assure you that this will not happen with him again. Of course his version was much different than yours was but in any event we know that you are not making it all up. Once again, I apologize for the way that you were treated and I want you to know that we also appreciate your feedback as we are constantly trying to adjust and get better everyday. I see that you are local to us and we would like you to service with us. Please give us a chance to show you that is not the way that we do business here. When you come in to get your first FREE oil change, ask for my Sales Manager Brian Apostolon and allow us to give you two extra FREE oil changes along with two tire rotations as an acceptance of our apologies.

Having issues with back up camera on brand new 2024 Colorado second attempt at repair they put me in a rental car smelled like an ash tray with check engine lights on I guess that’s how they treat a valuable customer

The salesman Tony was very helpful and professional. But the loan part was not so good. I was given a quote of $2000 for a trade in, which I considered low, but agreed to, but the form stated $500. When I asked about this, I was informed that the rebate of 1500 was part of the rebate package. I do not agree that one is contingent on the other. Also when I stated that a 9% loan seemed too high for me, a warranty for $2099 was “sold” to me to lower the interest rate without my knowledge. After consulting with my financial consultant, he thought I was taken advantage of and should be reimbursed for the difference of the trade in quote, and the actual trade in given. Again, my dealings with Tony were only positive.

This dealership is only interested in maximum profits and not long term relationships with the customer. As a lease customer I would probably have returned and purchased 6 or 7 more lease vehicles in my lifetime. Throughout the entire negotiation I asked at LEAST 4 to 5 times "what is the purchase price of the vehicle I'm purchasing" and "what is the trade in value of my super low mileage lease". Each and every time I would be totally ignored only to repeatedly be given ONLY a payment number. After several attempts to get those figures going round and round we were tired and agreed to the same payment that our last lease had... BIG MISTAKE. I was never offered or shown my lease contract before I signed, only asked to Just Sign once on the touchpad and touch all the required spots on the iPad. In fact, I was told when I asked the Finance Person where my copy of the Lease Contract is when we finished signing I was told "It will come in the mail" which I thought was odd. Last when we were done with the finance office we were ready to make arrangements to schedule a pickup date. The salesman Will blurted out "your getting it right now"! My wife and I looked at each other talking later, "Doesn't the customer decided if they want to sign and drive? We were NEVER even asked what we The Customer wanted! We drove home only to be told the next day that we had to drive back once the car was registered to get the vehicle registration and inspection sticker. When we arrived our salesman was busy with a customer, I asked him about my Lease Contract. He looked confused and said "Oh you didn't get it". When the inspection was completed and the car was ready and we were ready to leave, only then we were handed our Lease Contract .......5 Days after the purchase. When I looked at the contract it was almost criminal ... FULL STICKER PRICE on the new vehicle and $436 for our 3 year 30000 mile lease trade in of a 2021 GMC Arcadia garaged cream puff with 10900 miles on it worth on the low side $2000 to $2500 in trade which I had done certified quote offers prior to visiting this dealership. I also did a TrueCar Lease Offer and the new vehicle was reduced $800 from the full price sticker I paid. So all said and done how were were treated, we paid $800 more on the new vehicle and lost out on a minimum of $2000 on the trade, total of $2800 on a deal which would have left plenty of meat on the bone for the dealership but they wanted it all. All we wanted was a good fair deal and a long term relationship and got neither.

Things were fine until your serv rep came out and told me there was serious safety issues with my vehicle. I purchased this car from you less than a year ago, I was in for an oil change in December that was too early because my oil change warning was never reset , I was never told about any serious safety issues at that time. I then took my vehicle to a reputable mechanic to check my safety issues, which were front and back brakes and tires, they told me the brakes were fine, I am replacing my tires. I feel your rep was somewhat aggressive and could have handled it a little different to let me know of any issues. When my vehicle was ready he yelled my name from the other room for me to go up and get my vehicle. I live in Raynham and work in Mansfield, I don’t really drive too far, I feel that when I purchased this vehicle the salesman could have given me a heads up that tires and brake would maybe be needed in the near future, nothing was mentioned if these were going to be safety issues, I would not be recommending this dealership, my services will be elsewhere.

The Girl (and I regret not getting her name) in service at the Raynham office was EXCELLENT!!! She was extremely efficient and HELPFUL! However, the Gentleman that checked me out ! (And I did not get his name) but he is a walking time bomb! And extremely rude horrible customer service! And this is not the first time he was rude! I dont have his name he has a beard, but you all know who he is because of his constant abusive behavior towards his customers and coworkers

My car had a problem to start due to key issue. A guy from the customer services told me rudely that he gave me10 minutes to start the car. Also, I had to have several free services. However each time I go there they made me pay, except once.

Best car buying experience ever. Manny was perfect. He new everything about the truck I wanted, helped me find the options I liked and now I have my dream truck. Manny ensured that I got to the price level I needed to be at, including a goof financing rate. Once the truck arrived at the dealership I was amazed how fast he got me behind the wheel and took care of everything from registration to even setting up my bluetooth on the truck. I love my truck but if I ever need a new one I won't be going anywhere except your dealership.
